Summer Camp Breaking Requirements - June 28th, 2009
White and Yellow Belts - 4 Boards, Minimum of 2 kicks
Green and Brown Belts - 6 Boards, Minimum of 2 kicks, 1 must be a spin, jump, or flying kick
Black Belts - 6 Boards - Minimum of 1 spin kick, 1 jump or flying kick
Draw one technique (Shuto, Nidan Geri, embi, spinning back kick)

Summer Camp Coming Soon! - June 16th, 2009
The annual USYKA summer camp is fast approaching! Camp this year will be held from July 17th to July 19th at Henry Horton State Park in Chapel Hill Tennessee.
Example seminars this year include: self-defense, point fighting, grappling, samurai sword training, Japanese Knock-Out Fighting. Kids seminars will include water karate, kids self defense, and kids games!
